Overview
Low tax does not mean no rules
The UAE keeps some of the world’s most competitive tax rates, but every business now has obligations: corporate tax registration and returns, VAT for many companies, transfer pricing rules for related-party deals and, soon, mandatory e-invoicing.
The national e-invoicing system is being introduced in phases: businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more are due to go live from January 2027, and other businesses from July 2027. We help you prepare early and stay ahead of each change.
